Serious Collision – Hatherley Gardens N8

On Tuesday 2 June at approximately 10:57am, police were called by the London Ambulance Service to a road traffic collision involving a vehicle and a pedestrian on Hatherley Gardens, N8.

Emergency services, including the Metropolitan Police, London Ambulance Service, London Fire Brigade and London’s Air Ambulance attended. Very sadly, despite the best efforts of paramedics, a female pedestrian was pronounced deceased at the scene shortly before 11:40am.

Our thoughts are with her family and loved ones at this difficult time.

The driver and occupants of the vehicle have been spoken to and are assisting police with enquiries. There have been no arrests and we are not currently seeking anyone else in connection with the incident.

A police cordon remains in place while investigations continue, and officers are working to inform the woman’s next of kin.
